Key Responsibilities
Explain ownership transfer procedures to clients via phone, email, or in person.
Identify property owners and gather legal information for ownership transfers.
Perform data entry and verify accuracy in our internal database.
Resolve issues and make recommendations.
Prepare legal documents and notarize signatures.
Collaborate with attorneys and manage customer service tasks.
QualificationsActive ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting families.
Bilingual abilities are a plus
