Accounts Receivable - Cash Posting Specialist

Location : Fort Collins, CO

Pay : $20 hourly

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable - Cash Posting Specialist, where you'll be responsible for managing cash postings, handling customer inquiries, and supporting our Advanced staff with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately research and post daily payments from mail, wires, credit cards, and Money Gram.
• Process proceeds from repossession companies and collection agencies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding contracts, payment schedules, account changes, and more.
• Assist with customer equipment trade-ins and exchanges.
• Prepare and track invoices, collection letters, and other essential documents.
• Collaborate with our Legal team on bankruptcy and recovery matters.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of collections experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
