As a Print and Mail Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential operational functions in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves managing high-volume duplicating equipment, mail management systems, and performing various building support duties.

You will work closely with the on-site manager to ensure that all print and mail services are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing tasks.
• Manage document imaging systems and handle related software.
• Utilize MS Office and email systems for opening, sending, and retrieving files.
• Maintain convenience copiers, troubleshoot issues, and notify technicians as needed.
• Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, applying necessary postage.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory management tasks.
• Provide copier maintenance and repair services at customer sites.
• Assist with meeting room setups, light maintenance, and other building support functions.
• Ensure neatness and upkeep of copier areas and office supply stations.
• May be required to work occasional overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in print, mail, or technical operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic PC skills and experience with MS Office.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and occasional moving of heavy equipment.
