Position Overview :

As a Die Cutter / Folder & Gluer Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. Your expertise with Moll Regal Folder / Gluer and Moll Flexcut 760 or similar equipment will help us achieve our goals of increasing productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of two (2) years as a die-cut and folder / gluer operator on Moll Regal Folder / Gluer and Moll Flexcut 760 or similar equipment.
• Mechanical Aptitude : Strong mechanical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Fast-Paced Environment : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team Collaboration : Willingness to work closely with other production personnel on a daily basis.
• Communication Skills : Proficient in understanding and following written and oral instructions.
• Analytical Problem-Solving : Strong analytical approach to troubleshoot problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate as part of a team to enhance manufacturing operations with a focus on increasing productivity and minimizing downtime and waste.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required dimensions and maintain zero material defects.
• Proactively troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize disruptions in production.
• Operate die-cutting, folding, and gluing equipment accurately and efficiently according to job ticket instructions.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in die-cutting and folding / gluing operations.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on equipment, including lubrication, part replacement, cleaning, and minor adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the department.
• Cross-train on other equipment to provide coverage during high workload periods and assist in training others on die-cutting and folding / gluing equipment.
