Medical Coordinator (Temporary)

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient and staff information.

Oversee credentialing and privileging activities, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.

Organize and prioritize work independently, managing tasks based on office workflow and deadlines.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and accurately document meeting minutes.

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Communicate effectively with staff and other stakeholders to facilitate credentialing processes.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and manage documents and reports.

Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the office.

Additional Skills

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of two years of administrative support experience in a healthcare or business setting.
