Real Estate Services Assistant
Pay Rate: $24.28 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Modality: Onsite
Location: Norwalk, CT
Job Duration:1 year contract
Responsibilities:
- Review and process payroll for onsite employees and approve invoices, ensuring alignment with budgeted expenses and historical billing.
- Manage tenant work orders and bill tenants monthly.
- Process invoices for vendors and oversee monthly utility meter readings and billings.
- Create manual billings for tenants.
- Generate contracts and purchase orders (POs) for vendors, or set up new vendors in our systems.
- Monitor, update, and file certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants as tracked in CBRE systems.
- Update tenant contact lists, input critical dates, and add new tenants to relevant systems.
- Coordinate onsite events such as conference room bookings and tenant events.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in real estate.
Education:
- High School Diploma required.
Software Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi (or similar platform to Yardi) is required.
- Experience with Pulse, P2P, Angus, MRI, Canva preferred.
Skills Required:
- Experience with Pulse, P2P, Angus, MRI, Canva preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
