Remote Contact Center Support Representative (Temporary)

• Pay : $15 per hour
• Duration : 6-month assignment, with possible extension

Training Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, 9am 4 : 30pm EST (3 weeks)
• Must attend all training sessions

Job Description :

We are seeking technically savvy individuals to join our remote contact center team. In this role, you will assist users with technical issues via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities include handling basic troubleshooting such as password resets and printer configurations, and providing support for student services related to registration, admissions, and payments.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and applications
• Previous help desk or call center experience preferred

Additional Information :

• Must reside in the United States (excluding California)
• Access to consistent high-speed internet (25 Mbps or higher)
• Quiet workspace conducive to phone calls
• Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 or higher (no Chromebooks or Macs)
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts as required
