Local retail organization is expanding their management team and looking for a customer focused store manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of location and ensure customer service standards to promote and grow customer relationships and increase overall sales and profitability for location.

Hire, coach and mentor small team of customer service professionals.

Excellent communication and ability to get connected in the Arlington community to grow business.

Will be overseeing location, so attention to detail and ability to be flexible and work at a fast, efficient pace is imperative for success.

Bonus incentive opportunities based on performance.

Store operates Monday-Sunday from 8 : 00 am 6 : 30 pm

Ideal candidate will be currently immersed in the Arlington to community.

Location : Arlington, Cordova, Millington.

Hourly rate : $17-19 depending on experience.
