Sales / Customer Service
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalency (required). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
Experience : 2 years prior B2B sales, customer service, or data entry (preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Valid driver's license and good driving record (preferred)
Experience with PowerPoint presentations (a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Outgoing personality
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize, and excellent organization and attention to detail
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
U.S. work authorization (required)
Responsibilities :
Generate and email business customers written quotations
Enter purchase orders into computer system and follow-up
Process requests for sales reps and distributors (literature, demos, etc.)
Maintain and prepare reports, as requested
Make cost-justifiable product recommendations
Communicate with customers via email and telephone, and route more complicated questions to our Applications Engineers
Become a product knowledge expert
A comprehensive training program is provided
Must follow procedures established in compliance with ISO 9001
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Ability to type and work efficiently on a computer
Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
Sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods is required
