Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand identity, driving customer engagement, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies
- Oversee marketing campaigns, from conception to execution
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with product development to ensure brand alignment
- Manage social media, influencer partnerships, and PR strategies
- Lead and mentor a small team of 3 marketing professionals
- Foster relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
