Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Provide leadership across multiple aspects including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision, and personnel management.
• Project Life-cycle: Oversee project start-up, completion, and close-out processes.
• Personnel Development: Develop strategies for personnel development and recruiting.
• Contract Management: Manage contractual issues and ensure compliance.
• Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Cost Forecasting: Accurately forecast costs for job completion and ensure financial goals are met.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and development to the project team, resolving issues and ensuring success.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and follow Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
• Issue Identification: Identify and communicate issues to the Program Manager as needed.
• Schedule & Financial Management: Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost-to-complete reports.
• Site Rules & Safety: Ensure construction site rules and procedures are followed, coordinating with the Safety Manager to meet safety goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7 years of experience in managing construction teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Client Relationships: Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate if required by specific roles.
