Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appliance Store Manager located in Kennebunk, ME. The Appliance Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store inventory, overseeing retail loss prevention, and maintaining effective communication with customers and the repair team.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in store management
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Technical knowledge of household appliances is a plus
• Previous experience in the appliance industry is beneficial
