Role Description

As a Program Manager  at Applied Aerospace Structures Corp., you will be responsible for the overall performance of assigned programs, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule objectives are met. You will manage the implementation of activities to achieve specified objectives, directly overseeing a team of 8-10 manufacturing engineers and a team of technicians. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strong communication skills to drive program success. The Program Manager will work on-site at the company’s location in Stockton, California.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Program Management experience, preferably in an Aerospace Structures environment, with a focus on Space Structures (preferred). General Aerospace Program Management experience will be considered.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations in the aerospace industry
• Proficient technical writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, executing, and delivering projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering)
• Experience with CAD software is a plus (but not required)

The salary range for this role is $125,000 – $140,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this open role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
