Work Schedule: This role works Monday to Thursday 7:45 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 7:45 am to 3:15 pm

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will:
Empower Student Success: Support and enhance the educational and behavioral goals of all students, with a special focus on those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). 
Therapeutic Excellence: Deliver direct therapy to assigned clients.
Student Development: Run programs as prescribed by the treatment plan and by your supervisor.
Effective Support Plans: Implement behavior support plans to ensure consistent and positive behavioral outcomes for our students, promoting their well-being and success in various environments.
Stay Ahead: Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices. 
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with parents and external professionals.

A Registered Behavior Technician with a valid certificate
Have an Associates Degree or equivalent (48 semester hours)
