Applied Biologics is a growing life science company that manufactures and distributes amniotic allografts.

We want to add a Sales Support Specialist to our team. Must have a positive attitude, be extremely organized and a team player!

This role supports the sales organization through the preparing and managing of all documentation and requests arising from distributors of Applied Biologics products.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Provides customer service to distributors, surgeons, facility managers, and the executive team for any and all requests that arise from adding new distributors and supporting current distributors and customers.

2. Processes orders, creates packing slips and shipping labels.

3. Maintains correct order fulfillment.

4. Receives inventory for distribution.

5. Assists in preparing sales reports.

6. Coordinates and manages distributor onboarding processes.

7. Supports Orders, Shipping, and Inventory Teams as needed.

8. Supports the Finance Team as needed.

9. Responsible for data entry for all new facilities.

10. Develops maximum sales potential out of assigned distributors through good distributors service techniques and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths and weaknesses.

11. Applies knowledge of company products and services to efficiently process distributor information and responds to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.

12. Contacts distributors via telephone or correspondence as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass sales goals for the company.

13. Remains current on market conditions regarding products, product updates, and new technologies through available resources.

14. Maintains, updates, and organizes files on all assigned distributors.

15. Maintains and updates the distributor database.

16. Provides assistance to the shipping department to include picking, packing, and shipping materials.

17. Provides assistance to other departments and staff members as needed.

18. Responsible for maintaining the worksite.

20. Performs other related duties as assigned.
