Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Platform team in Huntington Beach, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our loan servicing and origination products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in fintech being a plus and mortgage industry experience being an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, sales, and marketing teams to drive product development and innovation.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Define and prioritize product features, create detailed product specifications, and manage the product roadmap.
• Evangelize our products across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and drive adoption.
• Balance multiple tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a technical background.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
• Experience in the mortgage industry is a significant advantage.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive projects to completion.
• Scrappy, resourceful, and able to find innovative solutions to challenges.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies is required.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Figma is a plus.
