Role Description:

This position oversees the business’s inventory level and leads warehouse/inventory employees in record-tracking new stock coming in and going out. This person also records daily deliveries, assesses new shipments, and analyzes suppliers. They may also manage employees’ schedules, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and communicate component-level inventory management improvement initiatives and strategies
• Key stakeholder in developing and implementing the strategic inventory plan
• Daily allocation reporting and distribution assisting with the day to day questions from internal teams, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
• Conduct cycle counts including researching and documenting inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and possible solutions
• Monitor and perform key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely
• Assist in establishing minimums and maximums for pick locations
• Monitor product velocity to better determine optimal pick location strategies
• Inspect products in locations, ensuring that amount is correct and the items are labeled correctly
• Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy of received quantities, labeling practices
