Position Overview:

As Project Assistant with Applied GeoKinetics, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our projects on track. This is an opportunity to work with top executives, collaborate with diverse teams, and make a real impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support executives by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communications with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics, ensuring smooth experiences for our executives.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Help drive project success by contributing your organizational skills and proactive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience providing executive support and handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
