FCX Performance/RL Stone is an Applied Industrial Technologies Companyand a leading process-flow control company, providing technical, mission-critical products and services to more than 15,000 end users, OEMs, and EPC firms across a broad range of industries and markets.

As an Inside Sales Representative with Eads Distribution, in this role, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team; pproviding customer service, advise, and product expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in retaining customers and building repeat sales.
  • Provide technical and application information.
  • Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors in an accurate and timely manner with efficiency in vendor follow up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Sourcing and getting quotes from vendors, effectively handle correspondences from customers and fielding calls from customers as well as assisting the outside sales team.


Position Requirements

  • Inside Sales within the industrial marketplace preferred.
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
  • Technical/flow control industry and instrumentation/valve knowledge preferred.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Computer proficiency including MS office.
  • Epicor P21 a plus!
