Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain support from stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Technical proficiency in AR and VR technologies, including hardware, software, and development tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in AR and VR implementations. Passion for AR and VR technologies, with a strong desire to drive their adoption and impact in semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing. Change management experience, including managing organizational change and guiding employees through technology adoption processes. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
