We are currently expanding and are seeking entrepreneurial highly motivated sales and recruitment professionals to join our growing organization. The successful candidate must understand how to work collaboratively and seamlessly in a team focused environment. The primary responsibilities of the Account Executive will include but not be limited to developing, maintaining, and increasing customer relationships in Atlanta, GA market.
Responsibilities:
· Building relationships with existing customer accounts in branch territory.
· Increase sales through account planning and expansion of existing accounts.
· Perform weekly customer calls, site visits and lunch appointments and nurture relationships to ensure we are meeting customer expectations.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to define and develop job descriptions and organizational needs
· Provide detailed and accurate job descriptions to recruiters for direct hire, contract to hire and contract positions
· Utilize a consultative sales approach and follow a strategic market plan to develop existing client relationships.
· Evaluate and determine client needs and a plan of action to offer staffing solutions.
· Serve as lead recruiter to perform and coordinate all tasks necessary for filling assigned openings
· Sourcing applicants, sorting and screening resumes/applications, telephone pre-screens and interviews, reference
· Serve as resident expert on recruitment application database including training, trouble shooting and communication with technical support, and continuously learning best practices for maximum use.
· Responsible for all coordination and successful completion of all new hire offer letters and related information.
· Provide training and leadership to junior staff and recruitment team.
· Recruiter oversight ensuring quality through resume review, requisition meetings, job assignment and mentorship.
· Execute weekly marketing efforts utilizing territory business plan to grow new business.
· Create a Business Development Plan including target prospective customers, desk specialty, and marketing plans for transition to Business Development
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
· Minimum 5 Years of prior B2B outbound sales and prospecting experience, preferably with at least 1 year in the staffing industry.
· Ability to create your own leads list with provided sales enablement tools and CRM
· Experience in Public Speaking and Presentation
· Knowledge of Sales and Marketing concepts
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
· Previous experience in leadership or management strongly desired
