ATS is seeking an Operations Support III Analyst
Desire 5 years of civilian or military experience in naval mine countermeasures (MCM) tactical development. Demonstrated experience should include: knowledge of Fleet operations, applicable Tactical Decision Aids (TDAs), and Post-Mission Analysis (PMA) functions; experience in writing Fleet tactical documents ( such as Tactical Memorandums [TACMEMOs], Navy Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures [NTTP], Tactical Guides, [TACGUIDES], etc.); experience in application of analytical techniques in performing qualitative and quantitative operational or systems analyses of complex strategic, operational, and management problem; and conduct of studies and investigations of tactics-related concepts, designs, and technology applications.
