They are seeking a Marketing Performance Manager to oversee all end-to-end paid digital marketing. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll drive the performance of our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. This role involves data analysis, channel optimization, and strategy implementation to enhance our online marketing efforts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives and KPIs
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including paid search, display advertising, social media, and SEO
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to provide actionable insights and improvements
• Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., content, design, sales) and external partners (e.g., agencies, platforms) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
• Reporting: Prepare performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing technologies
• A/B Testing: Implement and manage A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
• Tools and Technologies: Utilize and manage digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager)
• Agency Management: Oversee our Digital Performance agencies

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and data analysis
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, LinkedIn Ad Manager)
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Creative Thinking: Innovative thinker passionate about driving performance and engaging audiences
