We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while navigating and selecting the best plans tailored to client needs. You will play a critical role in educating clients about their options, discussing costs, and addressing any life changes that may impact their coverage. Your ability to connect with new and existing clients, along with your excellent communication skills, will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations for plans. Applicants should posses a strong background in customer service with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Plan Review and Analysis: Assist clients in reviewing their options, comparing plans, and understanding the details of each plan, including coverage, costs, and benefits.
  • Cost Discussion: Explain and discuss the cost implications of various benefits and insurance plans, helping clients to make informed financial decisions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to connect with clients and provide compassionate guidance. Representatives must build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
  • Self-Management: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing your own schedule and client interactions efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex information clearly. Must be able to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner to help clients make confident decisions.
  • Life Changes and Adjustments: Advise clients on how life changes such as marriage, childbirth, or job transitions may affect their benefits and assist them in making necessary adjustments.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in benefits and insurance to provide accurate and current advice to clients.
