Duties:
The Welcome & Wellness team makes outbound welcome calls to all new Medicaid and Medicare members across multiple lines of business. In addition to warmly welcoming new members, we also complete a health risk assessment with our members required by CMS & OHA. This assessment helps us to identify barriers to care and social determinants of health. We are able to connect members with internal resources as well as community resources that assist with the needs identified.
A candidate for this role would expect to spend their day at their workstation making welcome calls and connecting with members. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated to continue making calls during periods of time when all they get are voicemails.
Required skills:

Start date: 8/12
Contract length: 6 months – with the option for conversion at the end.
Work schedule: Remote, FT, 5 days a week Monday – Friday, working hours 9-5:30pm PST hours only.
