Job Description:
- Expertise in Cisco Video Conferencing products mandatory
- Provide technical support for audio and video conferencing systems in conference rooms and meeting spaces.
- Set up and test audio-visual equipment, including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, and video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio, video, and connectivity in conference rooms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of conference room equipment.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of audio-visual upgrades and enhancements.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT and network teams to address any network or connectivity issues affecting audio-video systems.
- Provide training and technical guidance to end-users on the proper use of conference room equipment.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in audio-video conferencing.
- Manage inventory of audio-visual equipment and recommend replacements or upgrades as needed.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for audio-video conference room setups.
- Participate in the setup and support of virtual meetings and webinars.
- Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events requiring audio-visual support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for installations and upgrades.
