Duration: 1 Month (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Rate: $19/Hr on W2 Non Benefitted
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Arizona Time
Training Schedule: For2 weeks, individuals must be able to attend every day for the full shift. Any day missed may result in the end of the assignment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Follows written procedures and directions.
- Consults with team leadership and peers on casework
- Uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed
- Communicate immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work
- Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity
- Contributes subject area expertise to determine processing guidelines and assess if standards have been met
- Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards
- Data entry and verification
- Drafts claimant-facing communications based on guidance provided
- Communicate directly with claimants by phone or email
- Verifies data and processing requirements and makes corrections as necessary
- Other projects, as assigned
