ApTask is Hiring a Corporate Receptionist Near New York, NY
Pay Rate: $36.00/hr on w2
• Greeting visitors that arrive to the floor
• Managing phones as back up for the OpCo members
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
• Transferring calls as necessary
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, instant message and in person
• Managing meeting room availability
• Coordinating internal and external events
• Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail
• Handling printing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
• Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
• Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office for the OpCo members and admins
