Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED
*Required: Experience in the financial industry in Operations and/or client service roles*
The group's primary responsibility is to ensure that the client's futures settlement figures are accurate each day. This entails the resolution of all trade breaks, the monitoring of all cash activity in the account and ensuring that the account is fully margined. The business is volume driven so having exceptional organizational skills is a plus. Qualified applicants must be adaptable to change, as some days will require you to work on many different jobs at once. The emphasis of the team is to be a Relationship Manager and provide superior service to the client base.
- Strong product skills within Clearing Ops but product literate across other businesses
- Can contribute independently to automation or enhancement initiatives
- Be a change agent and drive the direction of the group strategically by improving the efficiency and control aspects of Clearing, Client service, Reconciliation and Control functions
