Job Title: Lead UX designer
Location: Dublin, OH ( onsite Day 1 )
Duration: Fulltime /Permanent
Job Description: Lead the UX design team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, translating those insights into actionable design strategies.
Craft compelling user narratives that inform the design process and guide decision-making.
Develop and implement a user-centered design (UCD) process, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the design lifecycle.
Human-centred design practitioner
Design and prototype user interfaces (UIs) that are not only functional but also intuitive and delightful to use.
Partner with engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stages of the design and development process.
Stay abreast of the latest UX trends and technologies, continuously improving the design practice within the team.
