- Experience Required 8 to 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities: - The Voice Product Manager's primary responsibilities will be focused on :
- Business Voice Network Product Strategy, Planning and Design
- Program Management of Voice initiatives
- Coordination with Stakeholders and Voice Product Development teams
- Industry relations with Regulatory and Compliance bodies (TRA, PUC, Client, NPAC etc.)
- Understanding of Core Voice Architecture and Voice Network devices (such as Client, SRP, MGW etc)
- Performance and capacity management (trunks, interconnections, carrier management)
- Event and outage management
- Measurement, reporting, and CSI
- Network Operations Center functional efficiency
Actively participate in engagement planning, execution, and reporting activities including: - Researching new technologies, understanding existing processes, and referencing recognized service management frameworks
- Contributing to the definition of final engagement scope
- Clearly articulating the status and results of work performed, both orally and in written form, to internal management and the client
- Operates effectively and with minimal supervision, if needed, within a team or independently.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline with solid academic credentials.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience required.
- Broad Experience in Network Operations and Technology.
- Experience and/or certification in one or more areas:
- Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS-ENT, ITIL, TOGAF etc
- Hands on technical experience (Routing, Switching)
- Vendor experience: Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint
- Process experience: COBIT, ITIL, Agile
- Experience Working for large Telecommunications company a plus
- Experience supporting multi-data center converged (data, voice, video) networks
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
