Production Associate:
Shift Schedule: Fri/Sat/Sun (5:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Provide general assistance in the shop (administrative and technical tasks)
- Assist with loading, work kit prep, and stocking raw materials
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Ensure workers have necessary tools
- Liaise between manufacturing, production, R&D, and engineering teams
- Assist managers, supervisors, engineers, and quality teams
- Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
- Package hardware for storage or shipment
- Work safely around chemicals, compressed air, pneumatics, and heavy machinery
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to build trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to an inclusive culture
