Your RoleWe are looking for a results-oriented Regional Director who will lead the charge in developing net new relationships, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and managing a small, high-performing team. This strategic role is integral to our mission of expanding our reach and providing mental wellness solutions to those who need them. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive new business growth, focusing on net new customer acquisition and revenue expansion within your designated region
Business Development: Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other potential partners. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small team setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure quota attainment
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry changes. Use this information to refine and adapt sales strategies for maximum effectiveness
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product development, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth
Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, report on regional performance, and provide regular forecasts and updates to executive leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, sales, healthcare, etc.). A master's degree is a plus
Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 10 years of sales and business development experience in the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly regarding behavioral health services
Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and client relationship skills
Experience in managing and coaching a team, fostering their professional growth
Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales quotas and targets
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
