How You’ll Make An ImpactAptima is looking for a summer intern to join our Woburn office team from July 1st to August 9th, 24 hours/week. We are currently in the process of moving to a new office location and are in need of someone to coordinate moving logistics and help keep us on track!
You Can Expect To
- Coordinate with Aptima leadership on scheduling, tasking and other logistics
- Coordinate with movers
- Communicate with organizations to which Aptima is donating, schedule and assist with donations
- Coordinate with vendors for furniture and other office material disposal
- Assist and communicate with employees as move related needs arise
- Move office furniture internally as we position ourselves for a smooth moving day(s)
- Assemble office furniture in our new office space
- Set up kitchen and other common areas of new office space
- Hang white boards and pictures in office and common areas of new office space
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to move and lift boxes and furniture up to 50 pounds
