Must-Have Skills:

• Java/Spring: You should be very good at Java, especially the latest updates, and understand how Java manages memory and handles multiple tasks at once.

• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm, and AWS is important.

• DevOps: You should be familiar with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery, and automated testing.

• Leadership: Previous experience leading a team is required.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Event Streaming: Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ would be beneficial.

• Databases: You should know how to work with SQL databases like Postgres and NoSQL databases like Cassandra.

• Caching: Experience with caching systems, like Redis, is a plus.

• Cloud Migration: Understanding of cloud migration strategies and deployments is advantageous.

• Programming Frameworks: Familiarity with reactive programming and the Spring framework is also good to have.
