This position earns a competitive hourly wage of $18.88/hr to $22.02/hr.
Responsibilities:
As a Youth Supervisor, you will lead our Youth team in implementing and maintaining quality after-school and summer programming for youth ages 5 to 18. This position works a flexible schedule according to the needs of the program. This position supervises employees, completes interviews and hiring, completes schedules, and is available to work directly in the program as needed.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to operate computer equipment; knowledge of various software packages including Microsoft Office.
Access to reliable non-public transportation with required insurance coverage for transportation for daily use
PREFERRED:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Sociology, Psychology, Communications, Education, Recreation Therapy, Business, etc.) or a combination of education and three years experience in a human service field
Community-based/Youth program management experience
Experience Working With Adults Or Youth With DisabilitiesExperience in case management or assessing developmental needs
Knowledge of proactive behavioral approaches and precision teaching techniques
Previous Supervisory Experience
