Aptive Environmental is looking to hire a full-time Termite Inspector to provide excellent service to our residential pest control customers . This is an independent contractor role.

Compensation is 100% commission - the average Termite Inspector can make $7,000 - $20,000 per month.

Responsibilities include:

High-Quality Customer Communication:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.

• Answer questions and provide clear, concise information.

• Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally.

Present Oneself Professionally in Appearance:

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including wearing appropriate uniform and identification.

• Follow company guidelines for personal grooming and hygiene.

Inspect Home and Yard for Termites:

• Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the property.

• Identify signs of termite activity, including mud tubes, damaged wood, and termite droppings.

• Use tools and equipment effectively to access hard-to-reach areas.

Recognize Active Colonies vs Inactive Colonies:

• Distinguish between active and inactive termite infestations by analyzing signs of recent activity.

• Document and report the status of colonies accurately.

Communicate Clearly to the Customer Findings:

• Provide a detailed explanation of inspection results to the customer.

• Use visual aids, such as photos or diagrams, to help customers understand the situation.

• Offer recommendations for addressing any termite issues found.

Show How Aptive Termite Treatment Would Benefit the Customer and Protect Their Home:

• Explain the features and benefits of Aptive's termite treatment solutions.

• Demonstrate how the treatment will effectively address the specific issues found during the inspection.

• Provide information on preventative measures to protect the home from future infestations.

Create a Diagram Showing Where the System Will Be Installed:

• Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed.

• Ensure the diagram is easy to understand and accurately represents the planned installation.

• Use the diagram to explain the installation process and benefits to the customer.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams

• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
