Requirements
In addition to strong written and verbal communication skills, core skills include:
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
- Manage a high volume requisition load and interact with key stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization and communication skills
- Working knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job boards)
- Understanding of human resources policies and practices
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS (ADP preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize high priority roles across multiple regions
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruitment for multi-site locations, with at least one (1) year of healthcare recruiting experience
