We have a full-time position open for an Assistant Manager at an Express Car Wash. This is a fast-paced, energetic environment with a premium placed on exceptional customer service, industry knowledge, managerial experience and attention to detail.

Base Pay rate is $18.00-$22.00/hour (depending on experience level).

Base Pay Rate:

• $18.00-$22.00/hour

Bonuses:

• $50 per pay period for perfect attendance
• Sales bonuses for memberships sold as a team (% of total team hours worked)

Pay Increases and/or Promotions:

• Yes. With experience, quality of work, efficiency, customer service, high quality team management and trustworthiness.

Estimated Pay per Pay Period:

• $1,940 (pre-tax) per 2 weeks (80 hours worked bonus)
• Assumes full-time hours worked.

This is a mid-level position that we expect someone to come into with multiple years of experience in the car wash industry with the potential to grow up and into our organization. Job Specifics: At Aqua Express Car Wash, Assistant Managers will assist the Manager and General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the business. No part of the customer facing, team facing or equipment maintenance parts of the business is off limits. The Assistant Manager that works with us has personal strengths that we will utilize and areas for growth that we will help develop.

A great Assistant Manager helps everywhere when he/she is needed. At times, an Assistant Manager may be helping sell memberships, connect with customers on the lot, maintain/clean equipment, run daily sales numbers, or help load/prep cars when busy.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Express Car Wash experience required.
• 1 year of leadership experience required.
• Proven track record of sales success.
