Dealer Support Specialist

The Dealer Support Specialist is responsible for the verification of customer contracts prior to or after funding. They will take inbound phone calls from dealers to determine the need and take the appropriate action.

Essential Functions

• Greets customers by phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Collect all necessary information to accurately note accounts and applications
• Ensure timely verification of contracts in support of company objectives
• Evaluate application data and information collected directly from customers for discrepancies'
• Triage and support level 1 & 2 incoming calls, not limited to, online portal support, dealer account updates, and misdirected customers/dealers
• Facilitate communication between customers and dealers to ensure alignment between parties
• Work together with other employees to collectively achieve company growth, delinquency, and yield objectives

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in Dealer Support, Customer Service, or related work experience, required
• Financial industry experience preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
• Evening and weekend hours will be required and will be determined by team needs and business requirements

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.

This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
