We cut out the middle man which means more affordable prices for our customers and more money in our managers and sales representatives pockets without having to up charge our customers.
Overview: We offer a competitive commission pay structure, if you’re familiar with door to door sales you will get solar like commissions but wont have to wait 3 months to get paid out on your deals, we pay every other week on all jobs sold and installed. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background. Duties: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs - Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets - Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress Requirements: - Proven experience in door to door sales - Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory We offer competitive commission pay because we cut out the middle man and put money back in our sales reps pockets.
