MAIN DUTIES:
- To answer reservation line phones and dispatch general info emails accordingly
- To provide a friendly, courteous and professional telephone/written communication manners at all times
- To ensure good and prompt communication with all your colleagues and superiors
- To maintain good knowledge of all food and beverages offerings as well as all forthcoming events and present packages
- Ensures all special request are communicated and followed through to correct depts
- Uses guests names
- To maintain good knowledge of all booking terms & conditions
- To be able to operate Resy and 7Rooms competently and efficiently
- Carry out any reasonable request made by Management
- To report any customer complaints to the Manager
- Ensure all booking procedures are adhered to
- Ensure all communication of booking / general inquiries are dealt with accordingly on a daily basis
- Ensure that all reservation notes and tags are updated in real time
- Ensure processing pre payments procedure is adhered to
- Ensure cake order and special requests policies are followed
- Responsible for measuring & recording customer feedback
- Actively participate in assisting to achieve departmental goals and objectives and carry out assigned work by H.O.Ds and Supervisors.
- Actively engage in your own personal development to benefit the business and improve your personal skills - probationary period reviews, annual appraisals, attending training and development courses (optional).
- Actively participate in weekly / monthly departmental meetings and any other meetings that you are required to attend.
- Actively participate in addressing complaints and reporting problems to Managers.
- Actively participate to ensure that Staff Handbook is adhered to at all times.
- Attend any meeting or training session as required by Management
- Maintains a safe and hygienic work environment
- Responsible for general info emails and phone reservation line
- Is conversant and complies with:
- The fire and health and safety procedures
- The company security procedures
- The company facilities
- Licensing regulations
- Operation standards and departmental procedures
