Aqua Systems of Alabama is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Birmingham, AL

Aqua Systems of Alabama is a 24-year-old local company and the leading provider of residential and commercial water filtration systems in Alabama.

We are currently seeking a charismatic Office Coordinator that is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and truly passionate about sales and customer service.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, great at multi-tasking, able to change priorities quickly and professional. You must be organized, patient, understanding, empathetic and attentive.

Responsibilities: Gather appropriate information for installations. Maintain paperwork and keep customer database updated and accurate. Assist with Accounts Receivable. Schedule customer callbacks and also assist customers in our retail store as needed. Assist with payroll preparation. Occasionally help set appointments with existing customers for annual maintenance service calls.

***Must be available Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM***

Qualifications: Experience in an office setting is highly preferred. Ability to work independently. Must have solid verbal and written communications skills and be a proven self-starter.

* Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Experience is not required, however experience in a home service company such as water filtration, HVAC, plumbing, home improvements, roofing & siding, etc would put your application at the front of the line.
