Aqua Systems of Alabama is a 25-year-old local company and the leading provider of residential and commercial water filtration systems in Alabama.

We are currently seeking a charismatic Scheduling Coordinator who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and truly passionate about sales and customer service.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are responsible for scheduling appointments with both new & existing customers.

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate is energetic and outgoing. You must be very organized and attentive.

Responsibilities: Process paperwork for new installations. Set appointments with existing customers for annual maintenance service calls. Maintain paperwork and keep customer database updated and accurate. Schedule customer callbacks and also assist customers in our retail store as needed.

*Must be available Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM

Qualifications: Experience in scheduling is highly preferred. Ability to work independently. Must have solid verbal and written communication skills and be a proven self-starter.

* Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
