We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting in overseeing and organizing the operations of an established well, plumbing, and commercial products distribution branch. The position will focus on supply chain management; keeping inventory up to date and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of drivers and warehouse personnel
• Train and evaluate employees
• Building rapport with customers
• Problem-solving attitude
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• General warehouse maintenance & inventory
• Answer calls and enter customer orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in supply chain is a must!
• Knowledge of well pump, plumbing or HVAC is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent math skills
• Forklift, material handling equipment
• Previous warehouse or supply chain experience.
