Job Description:
Manage the daily operation and Team of the North America Technical Center (After-Sales Service) on the Dive/MP/SSP and train the Dive/MP NA network technicians.
Responsibilities:
TECHNICAL CENTER (After Sales)
• Organize and set priorities for the workload of TC technicians by organizing the work of the technician’s team.
• Organize permanence during periods of absence and leave of TC technicians.
• Monitor execution times for customer files.
• Assist technicians in resolving cases, when necessary.
• Control the organization and execution of after-sales operations.
• Control the monitoring of email flow management.
• Consolidate feedback on recurring technical problems encountered on products to provide them to the PDM.
• Manage the preparation of supplier returns and manage returns and communication with supplier contacts.
• Reporting of activities to N 1, report difficulties encountered daily, if necessary.
• Control the updating of activity monitoring indicator tools.
TRAINING (Dive Shop & MP Technicians)
• Ensure the training of Sales Network Technicians and supervise the NA Technician Trainers.
• Train them and validate their skills regularly while respecting the standard set by TTC Global.
• Build the dealers training schedule for NA with the Technician Trainers.
• Use all Dive training materials and content provided by TTC Global.
• Monitor compliance with the training standards set by TTC Global.
• Carry out training satisfaction surveys with the tools used by the Global Training Center.
