What you will be doing as the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Perform various accounting tasks related to accounts payable, provides support to accounting staff, and performs other related work as necessary.
- Monitor central email box for incoming invoices and disperse to the accurate AP Specialist.
- Assist with weekly settlement checks
- Interact with internal and external customers in a professional, mature and friendly manner at all time on the phone, in person and in correspondence.
What you will need as the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- High School Degree.
- Previous Accounting experience preferred.
- Microsoft Outlook experience strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong administrative/clerical skills.
