What you will be doing as the Proposal Coordinator:

• Responsible for coordinating statements of qualifications, proposals, interview presentations, and resource materials.
• Assist in designing, writing, and editing winning pursuit deliverables for a variety of clients and industries.
• Respond to RFQs and RFPs in a professional, timely, and accurate manner, reflecting the qualifications and experience of the company.
• Lead and coordinate all phases of the proposal process, from the go decision through interview.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to create pursuit-related deliverables.
• Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and proposals) in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Coordinate and help prepare teams for project interviews and presentations.
• Perform research or information gathering to improve the overall pursuit process.
• Collaborate with other departments to write technical content.

What you will need as the Proposal Coordinator:

• Technical proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management, project management, attention to detail, and efficient task completion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Proficient writing skills to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with project partners and fellow employees.
• Prior knowledge or willingness to immerse yourself in the A/E/C industry and learn best practices.
