AquaTech Swim is actively seeking Children's Swim Instructors to join our amazing team! We offer fully paid training to all new hires. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds such as coaches, actors, performers, athletes, teachers, mentors, trainers and tutors.

SWIM INSTRUCTOR PAY: $22-$25 per hour 

SWIM INSTRUCTOR WORK SCHEDULE: We require a minimum availability of 3 regular shifts per week, including at least 1 regular weekend shift. Available shifts include:

• Mondays through Fridays: 2:30 PM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday through Sunday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 1:55 PM - 7:55 PM

SWIM INSTRUCTOR WORK LOCATION: Concord Campus - 1220 Diamond Way, Concord CA 94520

SWIM INSTRUCTOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate - 18 years of age
• CPR/First Aid Certification 
• Aquatic experience OR willingness to learn (swimming, water polo, sailing, surfing, recreation, etc)
• Teaching experience OR willingness to learn (teaching, coaching, mentoring, etc)
• Passion for working with children, promoting physical fitness, and ensuring safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with diverse groups; exceptional listening skills

SWIM INSTRUCTOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Become proficient in the AquaTech Swim patented teaching methodology
• Create a fun, safe, and supportive environment in the water
• Consistently help students progress through the AquaTech Swim level system
