Exemption:Non-exempt
Job PurposeProvides accounting services by implementing administrative systems, data entry, account reviews, purchase orders, and vendor maintenance.
SupervisionThis role does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Functions
- Vouches incoming invoices against the PO and reconciles as necessary with field operations and the vendor.
- Vouches Accounts Payable invoice through both the direct entry.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Provides information to outside parties by answering questions and requests.
- Performing the month end closing process and reconciliation of the assigned ledgers
- Maintain excellent working relationship with external supplier and operations
- Regular reporting and analysis to key senior managers in the business
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating system and suite of tools preferred
- Experience with SAP Concur, preferable, but not required.
- Experience with Dynamics GP preferable, but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate and lead
- Ability to successfully solve problems
- Comply with all Stingray policies and procedures
